Looking for reliable house cleaner for 2BR/2BA condo in Scottsdale Signature area. This is for a new rental property that will be used for both AirBnB and seasonal rentals. Some weeks you may be needed multiple days. Other weeks not at all. Depends on the renter and term. Must be available for an onsite interview July 7-10 Flat rate payment of $85 per visit. Duties: - Launder bed sheets, towels, and other used linens - Vacuum, mop, clean counters after every guest (even if they don’t appear dirty) - Make beds and set property up according to instructions provided by Manager. - Walk thru property after every guest to ensure House Rules were followed and verify no items are broken or missing. - Set Welcome gifts out for guests as needed/instructed - Assist with supply stocking and inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other items. - Must be punctual: cleaning must be completed between scheduled hours (11:00am to 4:00pm) Requirements: - Paid experience in cleaning residential and vacation homes - Own a vehicle - Cleaning equipment & vacuum - Valid driver's license - Clean background check - 21yrs of age or older - Cell phone with SMS capabilities or WhatsApp - Ability to pick up work with as a little as 24hr notice. - Advanced notice of unavailable periods
