Hello! I’m needing a contractor for tearing out a wall. I have a plumber to help with that side of the project but here is the disclaimer.. I am approved for a grant for my business start up and they will cover the work that a contractor does however they will not be releasing the funding until September and I’m needing to be open Aug 1st! I’m looking for someone to write up a contract explaining the expenses and the charges and when the money gets released they will pay you directly (they do reimbursement or advanced pay) so technically right now I’m needing a volunteer to do the job and get paid later sort of thing. If you can help me please let me know. I can give a deposit as well if need be depending on what you charge. Thank you
