Cockatoo looking for a new loving home. Approx 4 years old presumed female. Hand tame bonds more with women. Would do best as only bird but is used to others. Comes with cage. She does pluck her feathers so looks rough now. Asking $700. She has plucked out her chest feathers since these pics
