Description
White and grey spotted dog with blue eyes (husky/lab mix?) invisible fence collar seen wandering around the Schuylkill river trail. Was friendly and a little shy, wet as if it had been in the river. Heading toward Valley Forge - looked like it maybe knew where it was going. I was on my bike so wasn’t able to recover. Hope you find your dog.
