Donate piano in exchange for practice time?

I'm looking for a home for an upright Kawai piano in great condition. I would love to donate it to a space in exchange for the ability to practice in the space for some time each week. Open to any type of arrangement – home/basement/apartment, church, synagogue, restaurant, bar, business, studio, etc. Ideally somewhere close to Crown Heights, but I'm flexible.
