extremely seized ball joint, need mobile mechanic asap!

I have a 2001 toyota tacoma which i've been trying to replace the ball joints and tie rods on. I am no mechanic but have done the best i could with what i've learned via youtube and from the advice of my friends who are mechanics. Im at a standstill trying to remove the upper ball joint from the driver side control arm due to the ball joint being severely seized. I've tried ball joint separators, pickle forks with 3 foot long leverage bar attachments, torching the control arm and smacking the sh*t out of it with a sledgehammer, pb blaster, and almost a week of enormous patience to no avail. I cant get this thing to budge. Ive been without a vehicle now for 2 weeks and can't afford to keep ubering to work much longer. In search of someone who can come get these ball joints out and price depending maybe finish the job too? Most importantly though, get the ball joints out, for the love of my sanity. Would love for someone to come take a look and give me an estimate on what they think it might cost. I have all the parts and in theory all the tools necessary to complete the job. Down for hourly / pay per job in its entirety / figure out some trades etc ? Im flexible. Located just off braker and 35 in north austin
