I am looking for a responsible, loyal, attention to details type of person who wants to work 12 to 15 hours a week in the mornings. You can set your hours. For example you can work 5 days for 3 hours or 6 days for 2 hours or 4 days for 4 hours. My ask is that you set a schedule and stick to it.
I need someone to help me around the exterior of the house. Watering Plants, Sweeping the sidewalks, cleaning up the leaves, checking the water sprinkler heads, wiping down walls, exterior lanterns/lights and outdoor furniture. AND ideally you could help me do a few chores- light painting if it needs to be done, or small little projects around the place.
You can start as early as 5:30 AM and you can stay till 10:30 AM. Set your schedule! I will pay cash every week on Friday or Saturday (depending on your schedule). $15.00 an hour- possibly $250.00 a week cash...and you will be done by 10 am every day.
