M4M. I visited patient first a few days ago to get a ppd done for employment. Couldn’t get it due to paperwork not being signed. Came back and got the ppd a few days later. Came back to get it ready on July 3rd (Sunday). You checked me in and had to come back to the room they put me in. Tell me why you had yo come back so I know it’s you.
