Hello, I am looking for help with a few odd jobs around the house. I will buy the supplies. I will pay you for the labor. Here is what I have in mind: 1. You visit for a look at the job to determine the required supplies and time needed. 2. I WILL BUY THE SUPPLIES. 3. I have some tools. We will compare the tools we have together, then determine if anything else is needed. 3. We schedule a time for you to perform the job. 4. Any job over $100 we will both sign a contract. 5. I will be available to help with the job. 6. I pay you for the job upon completion. Here are the jobs: 1. Caulk a shower $30 2. Seal a garage door $30 **I already removed the old seal, I need help installing the new seal. 3. Frame and hang a door to an office. (approximately $100) 4. Install a tile floor. Kitchen 11X11; Dining Room 11X11; Entryway 6X4. (approximately $400) **I already purchased the new tile and I will tear out the old floor myself. **I need help laying tile with grout and cutting the edge pieces to fit. 5. The concrete steps to the front door is cracked. I'm looking for ideas and quotes to repair or replace.
