freshwater planted 10 gallon fish tank - no fish

i have a planted 10g tank available for sale. it does NOT contain fish at the moment. it is fully cycled and ready for fish though! it comes with several plants from Marcus Fish Tanks, plant-safe gravel that gives them all the nutrients they need, a heater, filter, replacement filter bags, top, thermometer, test kit, and water conditioners. everything is basically new and ready to go. I am moving to Chicago and won't have the space for another tank in my new house so I'm giving this one up. I initially was planning on stocking it with a betta and ghost shrimp, so it's a blackwater setup, but you could take it any direction. asking $250 obo for everything. delivery available in the mason area. I also have a 20 gallon long tank, does not hold water. Has a screen top. asking $50 obo. delivery available in the mason area. call/text/email okay, but text/email preferred as I cannot always answer the phone at work. thank you!
