You were a lovely eye capturing woman walking her dog on Vesper Ave on June 29 before 7:30 pm. You were wearing a brown pull over top and skirt. I'm not sure if it was one piece or two, but Wow! You stopped me in my tracks. I waved to you as I was driving by and you nodded, yet I regret not stopping to talk to you.
