Rehoming female poodle

I have a female party poodle. She will be 1 yr in August. She is utd with all her shots. She is house trained. Doesn't chew on anything besides her toys. She has terrible anxiety to loud noises and we have been hoping she would get past this but it's not going the way we hoped. Our kids make her very nervous and she has been startled by them several times and barked and growled. I can't have a dog I can't trust with 3 kiddos. She is papered however I never sent them off. I still have them. Her name is Delilah. She is not spayed nor has she had her first heat cycle. I am asking $300 to ensure she goes to a good home!
