This is a full time 1099 contract labor position, averaging $20-$25/hr. We’re looking for individuals who have ALL of the following: - FT availability (M-F 8-6) - Reliable work truck/van/covered trailer, or SUV - Valid DL & auto insurance - Experience in basic carpentry/finish work - Basic hand tools - Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. without help - Ability to climb stairs - Up to date smart phone with active data plan - Ability to follow specific directions EXACTLY - Ability and willingness to effectively communicate - Ability to do quality work without supervision If you possess ALL of the above, we’d like to hear from you.
