I travel out of the country now for work and my dog, Ham Sandwich (goes by Ham), is better off in a home with someone or a family that can give him consistent care and attention. He's 9 years old and half German Shepherd/half Pitbull. He's very sweet and very good with kids! He gets along with other dogs too. He is house-trained and understands when you ask him if he's hungry, thirsty, or wants to go outside. He can stay by your side if you work from home or can stay home for your 9-5. He loves walks but also loves naps in the sun. He knows how to "sit", "lay down", "wait" (reacts to "OK"), "shake" ("other hand" too), "high five", and "gimme 10".
