I just saw an older pit bull, white with a lot of spots around 5:30am today 7/4. I think it had a brown collar. He/she was walking South on Sossaman towards Baseline. I stopped but he would not come to me and I didn't want it to run into the intersection. He seemed like an older dog and was very tired and walking slowly. I'm sad and hope his owner will see this.
