Fix my Garage Door

Description

My garage door is not opening. It looks like it may be the tension rod as it is not turning when pressing the opener. There is power to the unit. The garage door also does not open manually when I pull the cord. I have tried many other common solutions. Looking for someone who has experience in fixing garage doors and tension rods specially should that be the reason. Looking for someone to come today and repair today. Will pay $100 total.
