Need someone to help with APHIDS problem on tomato plants

We have aphids on our five tomato plants and I don't have time to deal with it, need someone to help. We definitely don't want to use insecticide and I'm not sure neem oil is super effective. It might be that manually squishing them along with a neem oil application might be the way to go? Let me know what you think and how much you'd charge to help.
