Need yard, gardening, pressure washing

Need help this week with mowing, weeding and other yard work. I have mower and weed wacker. The weeding in mulch areas to be done by hand. Bush trimming and tree trimming may be needed but only if time left. Also pressure washing front and back porch, door and 5 (bottom) windows as needed. I have pressure washer. At least 8 hours worth of work. Can be split into 2 days due to rain etc. (May have other odd jobs in the future. Ex: Fence paining, small area paint jobs, baseboards painting, cabinet painting, etc). Please provide your availability for this week only and pricing for the yard work. Also please provide pricing for potential paining work/odd jobs in the future. Also consistent yard work possible.
