Lead, Follow or Get out of the way tackles the necessary components of leadership during times of high impact, high-risk incidents that would require personnel to be working at their best. The National Capital Region can greatly benefit from equipping front-line telecommunicators with the knowledge to be leaders in instances/usage of the Incident Command System (ICS) and especially instances where neighboring jurisdictions will be counting on each other to accomplish a task with Unified Command.
