What is F45? 45 minutes of sweat-dripping, heart-pumping, functional training fun. If you’re looking to try a new workout, meet a community of sweat-minded people, or get into some new workout gear, join us Friday July 8th and Saturday July 9th. Friday, July 8th, from 6:30-8:30pm, F45 Garden District owners, Sal and Ana, will be in store sharing how F45 is Team Training. Life Changing. Our team of educators will be available to help you get into new gear for any of your summer pursuits. This after-hours shopping experience includes complementary food, beverages, and special markdowns. To sweeten the experience, we're also throwing in chances to win gear, our new lululemon Chargefeel shoes, F45 classes, and more. Saturday July 9th at 8:00am and 9:15am, we’ll be moving and sweating at F45 Garden District, where we’ll announce our giveaway winners.
