Specialty cook or chef wanted

HELLO! Want to hire a cook to professionally bake a groundhog or two for me. Prefer BBQ or Pulled Pork technique, something with some BBQ sauce. Need a seasoned chef that has experience with the ground hog and not an amateur. Need someone who knows how to gut, skin and clean the hog and then bake it the right way. Would also consider curry hog or mu shu chinese prep style. Will pick it up from your home or restaurant when ready. Nominal pay but his gig has possibilities, see below. Am able to hunt the groundhog(s) and bring you several as you desire. Have eaten a lot of different meats but never ground hog and the whistle pig is on my bucket list. There is no season or bag limit on groundhogs and would like to shoot several. (Someone told me it tastes like chicken). If the ground hog bake is successful, then would also be interested in working with you cooking up a whole feral hog from a hunt in South Carolina. Also if it works out and tastes good, would then consider contacting one of those TV cooking shows to see if we can get on air and then go big time with groundhogs or the feral hogs as a promotional piece (Similar to maybe Test Kitchen or The Great British Baking Show on PBS). If you think about it there is a lot of free meat walking around undiscovered. Please let me know your fee for this duty. Not a scam.
