31 years old, have been in one band before. I am more interested in harmonies, chord voicing, hooks and composition than lead playing but I can do a bit of that. I try to listen to everything the Smiths, Deftones, Interpol, some of the Strokes early stuff, At The Drive In, Thursday, newer stuff like Men I Trust, Soccer Mommy, Turnover, Dance Gavin Dance, older blues rock like Free, Mountain, Cream, heavier stuff like Black Sabbath, Zep & Motörhead. I’m also really into old country tunes & jazzier stuff like Larry Carlton and Robben Ford but I’d have to woodshed that a bit more to get up to speed. Have my own gear, transportation about six original compositions I’ve been working on and some lyrical content for them as well. I’d be down to join an existing group or try to form a new one.
