"I Am an Inventor!" Workshop

During this workshop students will have the materials to unlock their creativity while being provided exploration opportunities. Participants will be walked through a vocal presentation discussing three women from the fields of aerospace, engineering, and business (all women are from the Picturing Women Inventors Exhibit!). Afterward, students will have the opportunity to walk in said women's shoes. Through three interactive activities -- one being a mini-business pitch competition -- students will learn and feel empowered by historic figures. In addition, each student will walk away with an award and goodie bag.
