Welcome to this listing, I’m happy you’re here! I have a vision of creating a sanctuary for artists, healers, and creatives; a semi-private clubhouse for members to receive refuge, create community, and make magic! A multi-functional space that is comprised of designated areas for whole-istic health: learning, art, and play. Featuring an outside adult Playground with equipment your inner-child always dreamed of. A maker-space with multiple art modality stations to unleash creativity and learn new skills. A spa area for relaxation, meditation, and healing treatments. A Temple of Self, filled with books and courses on the betterment of spirituality and emotional intelligence. Lastly but not leastly, a Sensorium entertainment space designed to delight all your senses, dance, and host intimate ceremonies. Revenue would be created by monthly memberships, rental of the space to others, Airbnb, and selling tickets to workshops, classes, and events that we would throw. Members would also have the opportunity to use the space for their own financial gain by promoting their services, and work with each other to create a self-sustaining and thriving community full of win-win. I ultimately see this as a large venue supporting a bustling multitudes, however, it is possible to start with a smaller scale and work up from there. Examples of possibilities we could work with: A large house or sizeable warehouse, mobile home park, or renovating an abandoned inn/hotel/school with multiple rooms. This would be a viral project to film for social media as we build It with daily progress and shenanigans, and perhaps an entertaining reality show! Currently looking for places in the San Fernando Valley but I also love the idea of relocating to Seattle. Looking for partners who love the vision and want to manifest it to reality, investors, and those who already have rental properties that want to be transformed into something amazing and lucrative.
