Kittens needing foster or rescue program

Hi, I am posting for my neighbor. She has a litter of kittens (they're barely 1 week old and pictured below)...really wanting them to go to good homes where they will be loved/taken care of and hopefully spayed or neutered. I was posting in hopes of finding any kind of local rescue, or just for advice on where I might could take them to ensure all of this? I know it will be awhile before they can be weaned from Momma. Or, if anyone has experience fostering/raising kittens with free time on your hands, and wants to take in Momma and her 4 kittens and care for all until they can be rehomed- please reach out. Just wanting the best for these little guys/girl. I know there is at least one all white little girl. The rest appear to be boys, but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance.
