We invite you to breathe deeply into your life experience and join us for a morning Hatha yoga class. We'll focus on the breath in each asana (yoga pose) to deepen the stretch and unify our bodies and minds. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, a friend, and a water bottle, masks optional.
Hosted by Kiana Jackson, a yogini practicing since 2009 and teaching since 2019, at So Zee Gallery, a local black and woman-owned event space. We look forward to sharing the joys of yoga with you.
