Join us on every other Wednesday at 1PM for Zumba fitness featuring Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Diamond Green, Licensed Zumba® Instructor and owner of The Bomb Fitness, LLC leads the class in routines that are easy to learn. Be prepared to sweat, bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
