Yard Cleanup, Painting & Misc Work - Flexible Scheduling

We are looking for someone to help us with yard cleanup, painting (no experience needed) and misc. work around our home. Our home is not far from the Flagstaff Hospital. The work can be scheduled with some flexibility so it can work around other commitments you might have. $20/hr paid cash on the day the work is completed. The amount of work will vary but I have several projects with a flexible schedule to start with. Please email in reply to this listing. This is a real ad and I will look at each reply.
