Big white dog with big spots (brown or black during dusk) seen wandering around in Cottonwood Squares & Commons development parallel to 16th St. Dog has no collar. He didn’t “flinch” when I walked out to water my plants. Peed on a tree (the dog, not me) and wandered off.
