Power Washer/ Shrub Removal

Hi l'm know this may sound a little crazy but l not 100% sure of exactly what l need but l do know that l need the services of someone who is not going to charge me a fortune from what l want done. I live in an apartment/townhouse but l would like some outside work done because it is ugly and l hate the way it looks. There are ugly schrubs on both sides of my place. I would like all the bushes trimmed down so they are neat and something put down to make it look neat and clean what l dont know. I see some people with mulch but lm not really with that. If you think you can help send me a text with your price and maybe some ideas. Im probably moving in a year so l dont want to spend a lot.I also have a small little concrete pad that needs a power wash and there is an ugly yellow fence made of wood out there to that needs maybe some fresh paint or power wash.
