I will pay you $50 on July 4th if you throw water balloons at our loud obnoxious neighbors who will be shooting off fireworks until midnight or later. We will provide the water balloons and leave them at an accessible site. Once the deed is done we will send you the address for the money. We would like to stay anonymous due to our neighbors are the retaliatory type. We do have a camera outside our home, so if you tell us what time you’re doing it we should be able to see it happen.
