Two Dogs, keep together

I have two dogs, both almost 2 years old. Blue heeler and white lab/Red heeler mix. They have been together since they were 3 months old. Both are fixed, chipped, up to date on shots and licensed. Unfortunately since moving into an apartment, their quality of life has gone down. They need a yard, a farm maybe to be able to run and play like they used to.
