Restaurant Depot Meat Manager FULL-TIME $17.50/hr 5299 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122 Must be able to lead a team and maintain company standards. Preferred to have knowledge of HACCP principles. Will be responsible for keeping accurate inventory and will be expected to perform cycle counts based on a schedule implemented by corporate. Must maintain freshness in the department and be an effective communicator with buyers as well as internal senior management.
