Need help moving a dryer up two flights and switch electrical code

I have a dryer in my van that needs to come up two flights of steps it needs to have the electrical outlet switched out and the vent put on to where it stays this last dryer burned up because I just put the bottom part on in the back and wrap hose around the other end but it wouldn't stay on and it burned up so if you know how to switch out the electrical outlet that's the only thing I can't do I hope the other guy move it up the steps it's only up 10 steps and then 10 more steps and I have a dolly and then take the old one down and I'll put it in my van just get down the steps with me and I'll put on my van and junk it so I don't think it's worth more than 20 bucks takes about an hour
