Ecolistic Cleaning is hiring! We are seeking a reliable, hard-worker who appreciates the importance of choosing non-toxic cleaning products and eco-friendly cleaning practices. We clean both residential and commercial, but this position is for weekday, day shift residential cleaning. This job is hard work. It requires carrying vacuums and buckets as well as kneeling and scrubbing. It also requires attention to detail. We perform regular quality checks and have high standards of cleaning. So, if you are ok with constructive criticism during the training period, enjoy detail work, and the feeling of a job well-done... this may be a great position for you. This long-term, part-time position is for 3-5 days a week. Must be available from 8:30 am-4:30 pm on the days you are scheduled. We are a woman-owned and operated company offering great pay and a flexible schedule. We are proud to be a living-wage company. Seeking applicants who live within 20 minutes of downtown Annapolis. Job requirements: Must speak fluent English. Must have a valid MD driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be personable- we interact with our clients at more than half of the jobs! Must be a hard worker able to meet the demands of this physically intensive cleaning position.
