I need the water shut off in my bathroom, as the water is running freely from the shower/knob appears to be stripped. I know it needs replacement but I am not paying for the replacement as this is not my property. I will leave that to the maintenance crew. I just want the water shut off, because there is a small leak I noticed and the replacement maintenance is pending. Meaning the water is just running. Willing to pay for someone to come and turn off the bathroom water supply. That is all I need.
