Edible Homescapes is looking for additional part time help starting as soon as possible and through the end of November. Some work may be available throughout the winter for the right person. This position would entail 2 days doing general landscaping and one day working on Edible Homescapes farm. Landscaping Tasks include: Mowing and weedwacking, Planting, Weeding, Pruning, Fall clean ups and many other misc. landscaping tasks. Farm Tasks include: Bed Prep, Weeding, Harvest and market prep. Priority will be given to applicants with some landscaping or farming experience. Requirements: -you need to have your own form of transportation -you need have an active and quick work ethic and be able to lift heavy things sometimes -you need to be able to work well with others and on your own. -familiarity with some basic tools: weedwacker, mowers, basic hand tools etc is a plus -be willing to occasionally work in unfavorable weather conditions Growth with the business is an option for the right applicant. Days/ Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-4:30 Compensation: $14-$18/ hour depending on experience
