Please dont book your stay with this woman. I paid in full for a family vacation and because she was able to get more money from another family, she canceled my family's trip. I am not able to have any recourse for her doing this...I received no explanation and I had again already paid in full for the trip. It is insane in this day and age that someone can get away with being an awful human being. I hope she doesn't make another red cent off the back of another hard working family. I will never book through Air BNB again. This is the Oak and Spruce Resort
