Looking for a skilled, experienced, and insured handyman to help with a few items. I estimate about 8 to10 days of work but possibly more. Paying $55/hr for craftmanship. Most materials are already onsite but you will need your own tools (Except I do have a tile saw and a table saw if needed). Entryway Floor tile, and closet door install Stair railing Repair or replace Install flooring Engineered hardwood on main floor - kitchen, bedroom, & living room Trim All over the house - repair, repaint, or replace Bedrooms Paint & repair minor drywall defects Hallways Paint & repair minor drywall defects Kitchen Paint, & install cabinet shelves Basement closet Repair or rebuild
