It is a givcen that her testimony about the events that occurred with in the vehicle used that day are heresay testimony. But then again this is akiin to a grand jury, and not a criminal court with voir dire examined jury members. So you know. You might be out of your league on this one. Probable cause hearings in Michigan, and federal grand jury hearings allow a level of hearsay evididence to be admitted within reason. That determiniation is left up to a qualified attorney (generally a judicial officer of the state, ot a lifetime admitted member of the federal jusicaiary) to determine the probabitive value of such testimony. So you know, USA PATRIOT ( and Navy Veteran Too) may just be out of your league.
