Need shutter re-installed

I have received three calls on this job. The first respondent says he'll be by at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. If he does, I'll delete, otherwise call the other two. I had a shutter blow off the house during high winds/rainstorm. See photo I have the shutter You'll need an approximately 24' ladder Easy access, and electricity nearby (if you need it) I am flexible as to whether you come days or evenings, weekdays or weekends, etc. This is a 20-30 minute job, at best. I will pay $75 - cash.
