We share the above because we want you to have clarity on the few things that will make you successful with us before you even apply. Responsibilities include, in order of importance: 1) Guard, Live Out, and Promote Our Three Core Values (see above)—This is everyone’s first responsibility at Excellent Adventure Properties. We don’t clock in or out, we’re adults who get the work done and go home. • Pay—will be a combination of salary and incentive – the better you do at keeping guest units in great shape, the more you will make. We won’t let pay stand in the way of getting the right person. You could even end up with ownership in the company if you are the rock star with think you are. We don’t need to see your resume yet. Please do not send it. And please do not call. For now, just email some short answers (we don’t care about how you write) to the following questions at [email protected]. These questions will help us get to know you: 1) How is this a fit for your skills? 2) Why don’t you need a manager? 3) How do you make your team better? 4) How can we support you—what do you need from us to be successful? 5) Any other helpful info that we forgot to ask? We’ll want to hire you for a few small projects before making the final decision – that will be a very big part of your interview. Resumes don’t impress us, how people interact with the team and how they get their work done is the key. This is a two-way process. You need to interview us to see if you want to work here, which is why we’ve given you so much detail in this ad. Here’s a link to our website to learn more about us: Here’s a TED talk by one of the founding partners that expresses in 15 minutes how we want to run our organization.
