Description

When my mother died it caused much trouble in the family about inheritance. Unfortunately there is no one in my family that I wish to leave my property. I want to know that my property will go to a deserving person who will continue to develop my fruit tree orchard and small vineyard and continue to use my greenhouse and grow towers for sustainable homesteading. I've given this a lot of thought about finding the right person. These qualities will be required of this person in my will to restrict them from just sell the property to make some money. I welcome any suggestions from the community. My first posting of this was flagged and removed for some unknown reason. If this is not the correct place for this posting; please advise me.
