I have a beautiful brown and white female shih tzu puppy. She is 14 weeks old and has her 1st 3 sets of shots including rabies. Last week I was served with divorce papers and I don't have the emotional strength right now to properly raise a puppy and I will need to move soon on top of that. She is not free.
