Currently seeking entry level warehouse associates for a company located in the West Houston & Katy area. Position Summary: We work in the eCommerce business that specializes in personalized vitamins, supplements, and gourmet foods. We sell on Amazon, eBay, & Shopify. This Associate will perform different tasks throughout the warehouse. Can provide plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and growth within the company. Candidates with good work ethic, a desire and willingness to learn, and ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining company safety standards are ideal. We offer flexible scheduling. The position was taken by a female that was with us for over 9 years. Our staff stays with us because we are a working family, our current staff has all been with us since before COVID. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Review all orders and ensure graphics are lined correctly with the product before processing. ● Folding, trimming, bagging and packing orders. ● Check the quality of all products pre and post production to ensure there are no defects or damages. Examine finished articles to verify conformance to standards and accuracy. ● Assist management on weekly inventory counts. ● Double check all parts of the order before processing. ● Has the ability to cross train and learn multiple roles. Minimum Qualifications ● No experience necessary in this industry, we will train you. ● Organized and productive work style; loves the feeling of getting things done. ● Known by your friends and colleagues for your hustle and scrappiness. ● Comfortable to deliver and receive feedback. ● Detail oriented. ● Known to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. ● Excited by the opportunity to take on larger opportunities and responsibilities. ● Excited to join a growing high-performing team while learning at a rapid pace. Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM-5:30PM) Work Experience & Qualifications: Must be able to sit at a packing table packaging small items. High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not a must. Ability to read and understand numbers. Ability to communicate and work closely with team members. Ability to work in varying temperatures. Loading, unloading, receiving, stocking, or moving merchandise, and scanning inventory. Must be able to speak English or Spanish. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and procedures.
