Oreo and Snow

Looking for a permanent home for these two stray neighborhood cats. I will be moving states soon and would like to find a home where they can be happy and healthy. Have no clue on their medical history ie: vaccines etc. They are outdoor cats so they will have fleas but don't seem to be infested. Im not asking for a fee just trying to find them a home. Info on the white cat: He comes by my house everyday looking for food. Call him "Snow". A male, not neutered, all white with bright blue eyes. Gets along with my dog and other cats as long as they aren't hostile towards him. Have been working my way up to getting him to trust me, finally came within reaching distance but is still a bit distant. He seems to be on the healthier side. Info on the white and black cat: A female, not spayed, mostly black with white legs/face, and yellowish green eyes. Call her "Oreo" which she responds to. She has been in the neighborhood for over a year from what I recall. Hadn't seen her in months but she is back now and is in rough shape. She is food deprived and has an injured eye. From what I can tell she is not blind from the eye. She is friendly, walks right up to me. She had a litter back in 2021. Im really hoping to find a home for her where she can be inside or at least partly as it seems the neighbors don't feed her and she is struggling.
