Alliance Sheets Maintenance Technician FULL-TIME $30/hr 1725 Commerce Dr, Bristol, IN 46507 Alliance Sheets, an industry leader in the manufacture of corrugated cardboard, currently has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician, to serve as a key member of our team. • Ability to successfully inspect and test machines and equipment, to identify areas of malfunction and find viable solutions. • Knowledge of and experience with PM procedures. • Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. • Experience with corrugators, boilers, banders and bailers would be a significant plus. • Safely troubleshoots, performs repairs, and executes all preventive maintenance tasks. • Dismantle machinery and equipment to gain access and perform diagnoses • Removes and replaces worn or defective parts. • Maintain, document, and constantly improve preventive/predictive maintenance functions. • Maintains a high standard of housekeeping with regard to work areas. • Follow all safety precautions on repairs to equipment, machinery and tools per OSHA and complete tasks and assignments as requested. • Willing to participate in continuing education programs and seminars. • Responsibilities are not limited to only those listed above. Schedule - Shift start: 7:30AM or 3:30PM or 11:30PM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: 1st shift - 7:45am – 4:00pm | 2nd Shift - 3:45pm – Midnight | 3rd Shift - 11:45pm – 8:00am | Monday-Friday overtime as needed which may include Saturday’s.
