I have a young handfed and tame greenwing macaw. Been around the bird since weaning. Does talk also in perfect feather. Seems to gravitate towards women. Would also be okay with a male care taker with patience. I prefer phone calls over texting. The rehoming fee can be discussed by phone with a serious inquiry.
