DISCOUNTED rent for maintenance (little village) apartment no laundry on site no smoking street parking no private bath private room There's 2 buildings. 1 vacant, You will live in a room in the basement where I live upstairs at reduced rent. Rent will only be discussed in person!!!! Your duty includes, not limited to: cut grass, clean, garbage, snow, paint, jobs to maintain and improve the building, minor repair. I know how to do everything, I'll direct you. No: drinking, drugs, visitors, cooking, couples, animals. I have all tools. I'm disabled otherwise I would do it myself, and Rent the room full price!!! Gated, secure building with private entrance I'm picking and choosing the person carefully. Send me a proper email not just I'm interested. My normal prices are 125 wk for 6 weeks, 400 monthly. With a 50 clean out fee, 75 refundable key deposit, and 125 security deposit. I will only discuss rent in person!!!!
