i am a responsible musician/composer/percussionist seeking a private studio/recording space for monthly rent in/around the Syracuse area. i live and own in the Sedgwick neighborhood. can be a small 12x12 room/portion of an office, etc. building. i have all my own gear and portable acoustic, etc. treatment. only caveat is that i need to be able to make LOUD NOISE (e.g., drumming) without disturbing anyone. preference is 24/7/365 access scenario, but for the right space (longer-term, right rate, etc.) i can work out a schedule for only nights, weekend, etc. (i.e., outside normal business hours). a secure and preferably temperature/humidity-controlled environment is best, but willing to consider just about any scenario provided it is safe and secure. thanks.
